Granulation Equipment

Melt Granulation Systems
Melt granulation uses a low-melting binder that liquefies during processing, binding powders into spherical granules. This technique is widely used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and specialty foods, offering improved flowability, compressibility, and controlled release properties. It eliminates the need for external solvents, making it a clean, efficient process.
Roller Compactors
Roller compactors compress fine powders between counter-rotating rollers into dense ribbons or flakes, which are then milled into granules. This dry granulation process is essential for moisture- and heat-sensitive materials such as pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, and specialty chemicals.
